When making a purchase on our website, you need to choose your desired products and add them to your cart. Until the final step you will be able to amend your selection and choose not to proceed with your purchase. Shipping costs will be added on top of the total price, depending of your choice. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order number. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

By placing an order on this website, you certify that the payment information for your order is valid and correct – and give your authorization for designselective.dk to effectuate the withdrawal.
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Dankort, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer. These details are provided once you purchase.

 delivery
All orders will be dispatched with Post Nord or GLS.
Delivery cost will vary depending on the product you choose. The delivery cost will appear in the shopping cart before the payment at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days following the purchase. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number which will allow you to follow your order’s route.
You also have the opportunity to pick up your purchase in our showroom. This offer is naturally free of charge. For this choice, all you need is to check the box inside the cart, in which way you would like for the delivery.

returns and cancellation
You have the possibility to return or exchange your order within 30 days after purchase. The original invoice must be included. Your return parcel can be sent or returned to our showroom at the following address:

designselective.dk is not responsible for shipping costs of returns and shipping costs will not be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that most lighting is custom made-to-order, and cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled.

taxes and vat/moms
All prices that appear on the website include Danish VAT which is 25%. Orders placed within the EU should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the EU may charge custom fees. designselective.dk cannot be held responsible for any delay at the customs or extra charges.
